"Well hello all our friends in the housing industry. It's four in the morning here at the airport in Sioux Falls. But don't feel sorry for me. I'm going to the largest gathering of tax credit syndicators,
investors, owners, agents, compliance folks and government monitors every year at the
National Council of State Housing Authorities, NCSHA, Housing Credit Connect. We're going to talk about all those hot topics this year, HOTMA, NSPIRE, and so many others in our alphabet soup of housing program acronyms. So we're gonna post daily on our little travelogue here, and hopefully share the good things we learn. So I hope that I see you at NCSHA, but if not, we'll share some of the goodness. I'm on a panel on HOTMA as well as the closing panel discussing the various hot topics in the industry. So we'll pass along the fun times, as well as the good stuff we learn here. Bye!
