Facts | For many housing programs, as of 10/1/2023 NSPIRE replaced UPCS and/or HQS.
Implication | Professionals who work with LIHTC, HOME, and other programs that used UPCS or HQS standards will need to learn NSPIRE, as will the monitoring Agencies for these programs.
