New HUD HOTMA Forms - Check It Out!

HUD Multifamily Housing (HUD-MFH) is updating the forms associated with owner certifications of tenant eligibility and rent procedures. The updates are needed to ensure that the forms reflect changes enacted as part of HOTMA and other matters. These are available for review HERE.
HUD-MFH will post a Notice in the Federal Register to start a 30-day comment period. Before then, because of the complexity of HOTMA and to allow stakeholders to have adequate time to offer comments on the proposed changes to these forms, MFH is taking an extraordinary step and posting the forms to the HUD Drafting Table webpage now. MFH will provide notification once the 30-day Notice has been published in the Federal Register. That 30-day Notice will provide a deadline for submitting comments on these forms and instructions for submitting them.
