News | HUD Announces Estimated Release Date for 2023 Income Limits

We knew that the 2023 income limits would be delayed so that HUD could use 2021 ACS data, but now we have an estimated date - May 15, 2023. Since HOME limits are traditionally released and effective two or more months later, we will see if this pushes the HOME limits to a July or August effective date.
