We just counted and realized that the last post of 2024 was post #300 since we started the Housing Rules Blog in April of 2021! That technically makes this post # 301, but let's not quibble!
Some Interesting Blog Stats
To date, our blog has hosted over two dozen videos, 41 quizzes, 24 Q&As, a dozen quick tips, and 67 long-form articles on many hot topics. There have been a dozen posts each on Fair Housing, COVID-19, the Back to LIHTC Basics series. NSPIRE has inspired 17 posts.
...and our most popular topic, by far? HOTMA at 103 posts!
It's been a lot of fun and a LOT of information. We want to take a moment to thank our readers. Without the hundreds of visits our Blog gets every week, it would be hard to continue motivated to do the hard work of producing content!
