Article | HOTMA crosswalk with 2026 updates!

As a class project, students of our first Achieve HOTMA Success hybrid course worked on a crosswalk document to keep track of how specific HUD provisions were changed by HOTMA. The group decided to share it with the public. That course is transitioning from hybrid to strictly online on-demand, we have been preparing the successor hybrid course, Qualifying Families for Affordable Housing, with all the HOTMA [and some HOME 2025] updates. We reviewed the Crosswalk and made some updates, which we are releasing here. Enjoy!
