News | A New Compliance Manual is Available

Today the Georgia LIHTC and HOME agency released the culmination of two years of policy work in their new LIHTC & HOME Compliance Manual. Costello Compliance counts it an honor to have been a partner in the process. The Agency devoted hundreds of hours to this project and we think that it was worth the wait! The guidance is immediately effective, and the Agency will take ongoing comments, as announced HERE.
Even if you are not in Georgia, the many examples and other instructional aids pose exciting new ways to learn federal housing concepts.
