News | 2023 NHTF Allocations Announced
May 03, 2023
Today HUD announced the 2023 NHTF funding levels. The announcement can be found HERE.
As a practical matter, if any year the funding level exceeds $1 Billion, some NHTF units may have very-low income (50% AMI) and rent limits. Because this year will have only $382 million allocated, extremely low limits (30% AMI, adjusted by poverty level) will apply to all NHTF units developed from 2023 funds.
Below are the funding levels by state/area.
