This Intensive course is designed for experienced compliance professionals seeking to build stronger systems and deepen their understanding of housing compliance monitoring. Building on a foundation of LIHTC compliance knowledge, the course focuses on the practical application of compliance principles, including monitoring systems, document analysis, acquisition and resyndication issues, layered programs, and complex compliance scenarios.
State agency and HOME monitors, owner/agent compliance officers, file reviewers, and similar personnel will gain practical tools, proven approaches, and valuable peer insights to help them monitor more effectively and manage compliance with confidence.
