IHCDA is paying the registration fees, so it is free for housing professionals who work with IHCDA-funded HOME properties! Seating is limited.

No. IHCDA incurs costs for each registration, seating is limited, and these sessions always sell out. Others will need any seats that become available. Please be sure you can attend before registering and let us know no less than 7 days before the session if you register and are unable to attend.  Written cancelation notices must be sent to [email protected] noting the registered individual's name as it appeared on the registration, the class title for the registered event(s), and the name of the organization for which the registered individual works.

Yes. IHCDA incurs costs for each registration. If a registrant cannot attend the training, we require written notification one week (7 calendar days) before the event date. Failure to cancel in advance will result in a no-show fee of $100.00 and may impact the organization's future ability to register participants in IHCDA-sponsored trainings.

Please also note, we must have a full name and email address for each attendee in advance of the training or you will not be permitted bt security to access the building. Please make Costello Compliance and IHCDA aware of any changes in registration well in advance of the event.

No. Each participant must register individually and manage their registration. There are no group registrations. This ensures that everyone receives important emails and other information individually. 

For Sure! In fact, for this session, IHCDA has arranged to INCLUDE the exam.

The online exam contains 40 questions and is open-book. It can be taken at your office or home anytime within 5 business days of the course. It can be taken on a PC, tablet, or smartphone at Costello Univeristy. Registration information will be emailed upon completion of the course. All testable areas are covered in the HOME Fundamentals course. 

Tip for success: Many find that taking the exam the afternoon after the second day ends at noon is a great way to maximize memory of the class.

There will be a 70-minute break for lunch on the full day and the second day will end at noon. A list of nearby food will be available at the session.
